Dr. Jevitz graduated from Augustana College in 1982 then furthered his studies graduating from National College of Chiropractic in 1987. He is a licensed athletic trainer. Dr. Jevitz resides in Elmhurst with his wife Laura and two boys, John and Jake. He has practiced in the DuPage medical building for 20+ years and is employed by and works with many different high schools in the area as a physician. Dr. Jevitz enjoys working with sports related injuries and has treated many professional, collegiate and area athletes.

Dr. Jevitz has served as the head physician/trainer at York High School for twenty-five years. He has served as the head physician/trainer at Immaculate Conception and Willowbrook high schools for ten years. He has also served as physician/trainer at Lincoln Way and Westmont high schools.

Dr. Jevitz has served as a chiropractor for the Chicago Wolves for eleven years, the Chicago Rush for six years and has worked with the Chicago Fire and many other teams, including the Chicago Blackhawks.
