All purchases and payments made to Doc Jevitz Consulting are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a consultation, coaching session, package, program, or other service, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued once payment has been submitted.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the service details before completing a purchase.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability. Missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.
Payments cannot be transferred to another person unless specifically approved by Doc Jevitz Consulting.
In the event that Doc Jevitz Consulting must cancel a scheduled service and cannot reasonably reschedule it, an appropriate credit, rescheduling option, or refund may be provided at the discretion of Doc Jevitz Consulting.

Exceptions may be considered in the event of a serious emergency, major life event, or death of an immediate or extended family member up to the third degree of relationship.
Any exception is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is not automatically guaranteed. Doc Jevitz Consulting reserves the right to request reasonable documentation or other verification of the circumstances before approving an exception.
Our team must review and verify the request before any refund, credit, or rescheduling exception is approved.
